I didn't get the invitation. Check spam and junk, then ask the firm to check the email address they used.

I already have an account at my own firm. Use it. Sign in and open Disclosure in your menu. If you signed up with a different email, ask the firm to invite that address.

Can I remove a document I sent? No. Contact the firm; they can ask you for a new copy.

Where are the documents the firm disclosed to me? Under Disclosed to you on your disclosure page, grouped by date. Choose Download beside each one. The firm can see when each is downloaded.

Can I try Matter Folio for my own firm? Yes. Use the Start a free trial card at the bottom of your disclosure page (if the firm has it switched on), and we'll be in touch.
