The index, kept up to date
Accepted entries appear in lettered sections (A. Bank statements, B. and so on) with codes such as A1 and A2, and their dates. Names, dates and labels such as Unsigned, Draft or Redacted are set on the review screen.
A bundle you can file and serve
Choose the as at date and the page stamp (page number only, or code and page), and whether to include the other side's documents. You get one PDF with the index, coloured tab pages, every document in order and page stamps. Word, Excel and iPhone photos are converted for you.

Download a ZIP of a matter at any time: client and other side documents in folders, an index, the balance sheet, the latest bundle and the activity trail. Closed matters are kept for your firm's retention period, with a reminder before anything is deleted.

Common questions
Can we include the other side's documents in the bundle?
Yes. Tick the option when you generate it, and their documents follow yours in their own sections.
What happens when a matter is closed?
Nothing can be added or changed until it's reopened, but you can still view and export it. It's deleted automatically after your firm's retention period, and firm admins are emailed 30 days before.
