Pricing questions
What counts as an active matter?
A matter is active in a month if it was open at any time that month. Closing a matter stops it counting from the next month.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every firm starts with a 30-day free trial with every feature included. You're emailed a week before it ends.
Do all plans include every feature?
Yes. Plans differ only in price and the number of active matters included.
Do clients or the other side's lawyers pay?
No. Your clients and the other side's lawyers use it on your matters at no cost.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are in Australian dollars and GST is added.
Can we change plans later?
Yes. Ask to change plan from Settings, and we confirm by email.
