Exporting a whole matter

On the Close and export tab, choose Download export (ZIP). It includes:

• Client documents and Other side documents, in folders by document type (earlier versions marked v1, v2)
• Index.csv: every entry with its details and status
• Balance sheet.xlsx
• The latest disclosure bundle
• Activity.csv
• Read me.txt

Large matters can take a minute to prepare. It's a good idea to download one before closing a matter, for your file.
