What each status means
The life of an entry from draft to approved.
Each thing your client adds (for example "Everyday account") is an entry. Its status tells you where it's up to:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Client drafting | Your client is still filling it in |
| Received | Sent to you, waiting for review |
| In review | You've started reviewing it; your client can no longer change it |
| Accepted | Approved; it counts on the balance sheet and goes in the bundle |
| Asked again | You've asked for a new copy; your client sees your reason |
| Client doesn't have it | Your client says they don't have it, with their explanation |
| Not needed | You've marked it as not needed |
Every time an entry is sent again, earlier versions are kept for you to compare.
