Plan and billing (firm admins)

Go to Settings, then Plan and billing.

• Your plan and the account status (free trial, active, payment overdue or on hold).
• This month so far: active matters, how many your plan includes, and the estimated invoice with GST.
• Plans: what each would cost for this month's matters.
• Past months.
• Ask to change plan: choose a plan and add a note; our team confirms by email.

What counts as an active matter

A matter is active in a month if it was open at any time that month. Closing a matter stops it counting from the next month. Every plan includes every feature. Prices are in AUD plus GST.

Parenting arrangements

Parenting arrangements are currently free on every plan. Matters that use it are listed on your monthly bill as Included, so you can see how many matters used it. If a price is introduced later, it will be shown on your plan and charged once per matter, and you'll be asked to confirm before it applies to a matter.

Free trial

New firms start with a 30-day free trial. You're emailed a week before it ends. If it ends before a plan starts, your existing matters keep working, but new matters can't be opened.
